Soul Nurture Art & Self Care Session

WHERE: The Wild Atelier (address sent on booking)
TIME: Sunday 15th September, 12.30-3.30pm.
 
Come join us in my studio, let your creative soul be nurtured. 
It doesn't matter if you have never painted before - I promise!
 
What to bring? Nothing! I provide all materials, as well as light snacks, tea (please indicate any allergies when booking). Wear comfy clothing and nothing too precious so you don't have to worry about paint etc. 
 
This is a space for you to fill up your cup. 
I want you to feel totally cared for.
I'll even have a lush natural hair oil to offer you a scalp treatment, massage and reiki if you wish! 
 
I am beyond excited - I know this creative process and time to connect with yourself and others will offer you something beautiful.
